Payment Confirmation
After your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing all relevant order details. If you do not receive this email within 30 minutes of placing your order, please:

Failed or Declined Payments
If your payment is declined or cannot be processed, we recommend:

Currency
Prices are displayed in GBP (£) for UK customers and AUD ($) for Australian customers. Your order will be charged in the currency shown at checkout. As Bmboo Lighting is operated by a US-based company, your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees or international transaction fees. These charges are entirely your responsibility and outside our control. We recommend checking your bank's terms before placing an order if you are unsure about potential conversion fees.
Taxes & Duties
Bmboo Lighting is not currently registered for VAT in the United Kingdom or GST in Australia. No VAT or GST is therefore charged at checkout. Depending on the value and origin of your order, import duties or customs fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are outside our control.
Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
