We deliver to customers in the United Kingdom and Australia and are committed to making your delivery experience as transparent and seamless as possible. Order cut-off time: 4:00 PM (GMT/BST, UTC+0/+1), Monday through Friday.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in the United Kingdom and Australia.
Please note: During peak periods (e.g. public holidays, promotional events, or seasonal surges) or in the event of carrier delays, delivery times may occasionally be longer. Such delays are outside our control.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United Kingdom and Australia. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location and local carrier conditions. All orders are dispatched from our fulfillment center and routed to your destination via our trusted carrier network.
Carriers
We work with trusted shipping carriers and local delivery partners to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently. The carrier used may vary depending on your delivery address and the most efficient shipping route available. Tracking information will be provided where available.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including tracking information (where available). You can check the status of your delivery at any time on our Order Tracking page.
Packaging
All Bmboo Lighting orders are carefully packaged to protect your bamboo ceiling or pendant light during transit. Items are shipped in protective packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If your outer packaging appears damaged upon arrival but the product itself is intact, this is not cause for concern. If the light is damaged, please contact us immediately at info@bmboo-lighting.com.
Taxes & Duties
For customers within the United Kingdom, prices are displayed in GBP (£). As Bmboo Lighting is not currently VAT-registered, no VAT is charged at checkout. If your order becomes subject to import duties upon arrival, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
For customers in Australia, prices are displayed in AUD ($). As Bmboo Lighting is not currently registered for GST, no GST is charged at checkout. Any import duties or customs fees applicable upon delivery are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with the Australian Border Force at www.abf.gov.au for further information before placing your order.
Address Changes
If you need to update your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@bmboo-lighting.com. We will do our best to accommodate the change, but cannot guarantee updates once an order has been processed or dispatched.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect, we reserve the right to deduct any return and re-shipping costs from the applicable refund amount.
